I think this sums up our life nicely. Your toddler does crazy things and you can't believe what you are seeing:

(FYI - K's cousin S was crying moments before and K thought to cheer her up by making her best Gene Simmonds impression, and then a split second later, gave her a huge slobbery open mouth kiss)

ladies, don't try this at home. Why I had it set at ISO 1600 OUTSIDE at SUNSET is beyond me. Probably why the original had a ton of WB issues and (sshhh!) one of the reasons I converted it to B&W.

Raw(e) {flower} and Simplicity {colour}

I try really hard to only have one topic per post, but there are just so many gosh darn fun photo challenges out there to participate in. Sailor and Co. hosts a weekly photo challenge, entitled raw(e). This week the challenge is SOOC flower shots. Over at Simplicity, she is asking - simply (heehee) - for colour. I thought this met both challenges nicely.

Simplicity Photo Challenge: Selfie

Simplicity is another blog with another photo challenge today. This week she has set the challenge of self-portraits. I took this one  few weeks back while walking with K. I was attracted to the fish eye detail of the large side view mirror on the bus. I love a bit of distortion!
